Skipton Martial Arts And Fitness (SMAF) is located in Craven Hall, Sackville street, occupy the 3rd floor. We offer varied programmes of sport and fitness related activities these include Sport Kickboxing, Freestyle Karate, Ju Jitsu, Aikido, Self Defence, and Yoga for those who like to relax which are open to anyone from Juniors to seniors and all fitness levels are accounted for.
Leyburn Leisure Club is a private members squash & fitness centre which is open to guest users also. We boast 4 squash teams in the North Yorkshire Squash League; and is proud to have links with Catterick Garrison squash players. We also have two fitness suites, one downstairs hosts the CV equipment and the upstairs gym hosts the free weights.
