At the Wensleydale Creamery we pride ourselves on the quality and authenticity of our products. We are dedicated to ensuring all of our cheeses are made using traditional recipes that have been handed down through the generations. Skill and art is applied to all our products through the handcrafting process and all our cheeses are matured naturally to give the perfect flavour balance.
At Bolton Abbey Foods we farm the very finest beef and lamb. All our meat is freshly chilled and vacuum packed to ensure complete freshness. Our farm is in the heart of the Duke of Devonshire's famous Bolton Abbey Estate.
From our walled garden in Richmond, North Yorkshire we grow a wide range of organic and vegetable crops We offer a great selection of organic fruit and vegetables, as well as free range eggs, preserves & pickles - which can be delivered either weekly or fortnightly to areas of North Yorkshire, County Durham and Northumberland.
The Farm Shop at Kilnsey Park is brimming over with fresh, natural food. Here we have fresh trout from our own farm, local game, Yorkshire preserves and biscuits, Dales cheeses and other local produce. Kevin, our Chef has produced a range of oven ready meals or ready frozen for your freezer. These are made to his special recipes which are already enjoyed by the visitors to our restaurant.
